Almost a year after an earthquake
and tsunami devastated Asia, more
than two thirds of the people
who their jobs as a
result have new ones.
Many of the new jobs are related
to the problems caused by the
tsunami, like building and clearing farmland.
UK charity Oxfam published the
report called to Work, which
says more than a jobs were lost.
The worst affected were fishing,
small-scale farmers, labourers,
small businesses and .

land has also been cleared, with
a number of crops as well.
The earthquake and resulting tsunami
on 26 December 2004 killed more
than people - 50,000
of them estimated to be children
