For the compote :
- 1 kg of apples (pippin)

- a 1/2 lemon juice
- a 1/2 half cinnamon spoon

For the sablé crust

- 150 g caster sugar
- 150 g flour (6)
- a little salt
- a little butter for the
dish
DIRECTIONS
1/ peel the
apples, cut them, eliminate
the pips. (7)
Put them into a saucepan (8)
with a little
lemon juice. Cook for about
15 mn until they look soft.
2/ mash (9)
the apples
with a fork and add sugar
and cinnamon
Transfer into
a dish (10).
You can add raisin, almonds,
nuts...
Pre-heat the

3/ In a jar,
soften the butter with a wooden
spoon

Add the sugar, a pinch of
salt and the flour.

the mixture
with your fingers and rub

4/ Crumble
the mixture on top of the

- 120 g butter
- 1 sachet of chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS
Set oven (5)

Grease and flour

a bowl and rub in the butter.
Add the sugar and the beaten
egg with the milk.
Add the chocolate chips.
Divide the mixture into small
balls.

- 2 sachets of baking powder

- 50 g butter
- 150 ml milk
- a little salt
DIRECTIONS
Put the flour,
the baking powder and salt in
a bowl.
Put the butter in the bowl and
mix.
Put the milk in the bowl and
mix.
Put some flour on the table,
put the pastry (3)
on it and roll (4)
it.
The pastry must be about 2 cm
thick (5).
Cut some circles on the pastry
and grease a cake-tin (6).
Put in the oven (7)
for about 20 mn.
Serve
with butter and jam (strawberry)
and a cup of tea, of course!
You can also
add raisin in the mixture.
